We are pleased to utilise the services of the AQK Environmental Consultancy headed by A.Qadeer Khan, OBE, who specialises in legislation and regulations pertaining to waste management, land decontamination, waste minimisation, providing expert witness evidence and in obtaining licences.

Qadeer also works as an independent consultant on all aspects of waste management, regulations and training. He is also an Honorary Senior Fellow of the University of Hull. He has regularly lectured in training courses run by a number of universities including Sheffield University, Leeds University and Loughborough University.

He has trained several hundred managers at blue chip companies such as British Nuclear Fuels Ltd., National Power, National Grid, ICI, Cleanaway and Safety Kleen. He has trained more than 500 officers of the Environment Agency since 1997.
